Gold Krugerrand 1oz Proof Information
Krugerrand coins originate from the South African Mint and are one of the most popular bullion coins for private investors. Featuring a full one troy ounce of gold, the overall weight of each 22 carat gold Krugerrand coin is 33.93 grams. Each coin measures 32.6mm in diameter with a 2.84mm thickness and contains a full Troy Ounce (31.1035g) of fine gold.
Originally minted from 1967 as a form of currency, the Krugerrand coin has historically been one of the most popular gold coins for private investors. In the late 1970's gold Krugerrands made up almost 90% of all gold coins in circulation.
These secondary market coins are proof editions, minted to a higher specification than bullion coins and still retain their original South African Mint presentation boxes. Various dates.
What Will I Receive?
If you choose delivery:
Your Gold Krugerrand 1oz Proof will be dispatched, fully insured in a sealed, fully secure, nondescript package, there are no identifiable markings to suggest the contents.
Your products will be securely sealed with a secondary internal packet, then again within a further plastic sleeve.
If you choose storage:
These items are stored in high tech and secure vaults that reside in the UK and are fully insured at all times. Should you wish to have these items delivered to you from storage at any point in the future, simply give our storage team a call and they will make arrangements for you.
Please note that delivery of items from storage will incur vault administration, post and packaging fees. The storage team will do their best to keep these costs as low as they can by negotiating the best deal they can with the vaulting providers.
