The Gold Bullion Company Delivery Information

If collecting orders from our office please ring a minimum of 24 hours before you wish to come in to organise collection.


The Gold Bullion Company offer several delivery options for goods and services purchased online or by telephone. Some delivery options are order dependent or may not be available at all times.

Orders for in-stock items completed before 2.30pm1 on standard business days will be dispatched same day by secure and fully insured delivery.

Delivery Options


Standard, Secure & Insured Delivery

This is our standard default delivery option.

The method of delivery depends upon order value:

  • Special Delivery - Orders over £300
    • Your order will arrive before 1pm the following business day and will require a signature on delivery.

  • FREE Standard Delivery - Orders over £200
    • Your order will be delivered within two business days and will require a signature on delivery.

  • Standard Delivery - Orders under £200
    • Your order will be delivered within two business days and will require a signature on delivery.

  • Saturday Special Delivery
    • Your order will arrive on the following Saturday and will require a signature on delivery.

  • Collect Goods in Person
    • Customers spending over £1,000 are welcome to collect goods in person. Upon cleared payment our customer service team will call to arrange an appointment for you to collect your goods from our central Birmingham office. Orders marked for collection, where payment has been made for the goods in full, can not be cancelled.

Order Tracking

Your 13 digit Royal Mail tracking number will be sent by email and/or text message when your order is dispatched. Text messages will only be sent to customers who have provided a valid mobile phone number.

You can track your delivery by visiting the Royal Mail web site and using their Track and Trace service.


You are fully protected against loss and damage. All goods are dispatched complete with full insurance cover through our Lloyds of London backed insurance policy. Should your order not arrive or become damaged in transit our insurance will cover all costs of replacing any lost or damaged goods. Orders are dispatched in discrete, secure, plain and unmarked padded bags. There is no indication anywhere on the packaging of the contents or value. 

Multiple Occupancy Addresses

The Gold Bullion Company accepts no responsibility for the loss of goods delivered to multiple occupancy addresses such as flats and residential complex buildings where someone other than the stated addressee signs for and accepts receipt of goods. Customers must ensure that parcel delivery arrangements are in place to accept and receive goods at the nominated delivery address.
