How do I pay?
You can pay by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, cheque cash, BACS or CHAPS. There are no charges except for credit card which incurs a 2% surcharge. We accept cash up to £10,000. Cheques will require 7 working days to clear.
Is there VAT on bullion and coins?
Gold bullion and gold coins are exempt from VAT in the UK. Silver bullion is subject to standard VAT, currently 17 ½%.
How is it sent?
The bullion and coins will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day service, and needs to be signed for by the purchaser. You will be able to track the consignment online.Gold bullion of 1kilo and above and silver bullion of 10 kilos and above will be sent by courier.
Will you buy it back ?
Yes, we will repurchase gold supplyed by us at 98.5% and silver at 98% of the current spot price.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes.
Do I get a certificate of authenticity?
Certificates of authenticity are sent with all gold, silver bullion and coins.
