Delivery Information

The Gold Bullion Company offer several delivery options customers for good and services purchased online or by telephone. Some delivery options are order dependent or may not be available at all times.

Insurance & Delivery Security
You are fully protected against loss and damage. All goods are dispatched complete with full value insurance cover, should your order not arrive or become damaged in transit our Royal Mail insurance will cover all costs of replacing any lost or damaged goods.

Order Tracking
Your 13 digit Royal Mail tracking reference number notification will be sent by email and/or text message as your order is dispatched. (Text message service for customers providing a mobile phone contact number only).

You can track your delivery using the 'track delivery' option in your secure customer account or directly on the Royal Mail web site.

Standard Secure & Insured Delivery
Our standard default delivery option - Orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm¹ on standard business days will be dispatched same day by secure and insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. You order will arrive before 1pm the following business day and will require a signature on delivery.

Saturday Secure & Insured Delivery
Royal Mail secure and insured Saturday delivery guarantees orders placed up to 3pm¹ on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Your order will require a signature on delivery.

Collect Goods in Person
Customers spending over £1,000 are welcome to collect goods in person. Upon cleared payment our customer service team will call to arrange an appointment for you to collect your goods from our central Birmingham office.

Packaging
Orders are dispatched in discrete, secure, plain and unmarked padded bags. There is no indication anywhere on the packaging of the contents or value.
